Yes. Valcentra uses Plaid for bank connections, which is the same technology used by Venmo, Robinhood, and Coinbase. We only have read-only access — we can never initiate transactions or move money.
Do I need to enter transactions manually?
No. Once you connect your bank accounts via Plaid, transactions are imported automatically. You can also add manual transactions for cash purchases.
Can I use Valcentra without connecting a bank?
